We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and highly organised Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is key in shaping and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing our social media platforms end-to-end, creating compelling content, fostering community interactions, and leveraging performance data to optimise campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s brand presence across all social media platforms. This role combines creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to create engaging content, grow audiences, foster community interaction, and support integrated marketing campaigns. The Social Media Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and business teams to deliver measurable results and ensure brand consistency.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
Content Creation & Management:
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content— including copy, graphics, videos, and multimedia—across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with brand campaigns and business objectives.
Community Engagement
  • Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, fostering conversations, and strengthening customer relationships.
Campaign Support
  • Assist in executing both paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery of creative assets.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct competitive and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Trendspotting & Innovation
  • Stay updated on emerging social trends, tools, and content formats.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and creative campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in tracking KPIs, optimising marketing performance based on insights, and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while leading cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing efforts with sales, product, and business development teams.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, experimenting with creative marketing tactics, and adapting to industry trends.
