Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a front-line sales professional to drive new SME lending customer acquisition through proactive cold calling and end-to-end deal ownership across our loan products.

You will build relationships with SME owners, assess financing needs, and deliver tailored solutions while training and mentorship are provided to help you hit and exceed targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of credit or sales experience in local SMEs.
• Degree holder; willing to pursue continual development.
• Hungry, results-driven with ability to handle targets and rejections.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive pipeline building.
• Sell across a full suite of SME loan products and recommend financing solutions.
• Own each deal from prospecting to closing and meet/exceed targets.
• Apply credit judgment to propose well-structured financing.
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
