Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a motivated Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to lead acquisition and transition of SME clients into the bank's industry segments. You will build long-term relationships with business owners and tailor financial solutions to help them grow.

You will work with product specialists to identify opportunities, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliance with banking policies while driving portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Business, Banking or related discipline.
• Min 2 years business banking experience.
• Well‑versed in Trade Finance and other Business Banking products.
• Driven, energetic and quick to learn.
• Results oriented & independent team player.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of SME clients through deal origination and term sheet pitching to clients.
• Credit proposals to cover financial and industry analysis, credit risk recognition, mitigation and cashflow projections.
• Deepen existing portfolio relationships and increase share of wallet through curated financing solutions.
• Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of portfolio of customers onboarded.
• Embrace Digitalization and Support Group Strategies.
• Ensure compliance of banking polices and business processes.
