Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Singapore. You will build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers, collaborating with product specialists to tailor solutions and drive client growth.

You’ll manage credit proposals, analyze financials, and maintain active oversight of your portfolio while supporting digital initiatives and ensuring policy compliance. The role focuses on growth, service excellence, and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years business banking experience.
Well-versed in Trade Finance and business banking products.
Customer-centric, proactive and able to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Active acquisition of SME clients through deal origination and term sheet pitching to clients.
Credit proposals to cover financial and industry analysis, credit risk recognition, mitigation and cashflow projections.
Deepen existing portfolio relationships and increase share of wallet through curated financing solutions.
Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of portfolio of customers onboarded.

Ensure compliance of banking policies and business processes.
