OCBC Bank seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager with corporate banking knowledge to identify and engage valuable SME customers through cold calling and prospecting. You will leverage expertise in business loans, corporate accounts, and cash management to uncover needs, ensure compliance, and cross-sell relevant financial products.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1–2 years of credit and sales experience in local SMEs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers.
• Analytical mindset to interpret financials and propose financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business loan or fresh funds opportunities via cold calling of OCBC customers.
• Listen to understand business needs and provide prudent financial solutions.
• Demonstrate credit acumen to mitigate financing risk for a robust portfolio.
• Develop understanding of customers’ operations and build long-term relationships.
• Overlay banking solutions that fit customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking solutions.
• Nurture partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
