Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced site manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of local construction experience, with a preference for those with LTA project experience. Responsibilities include managing resources, ensuring productivity, liaising with clients, and maintaining site standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordination of equipment and manpower requirements.
  • Manage and supervise assigned works on site.
  • Plan, organize and control operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities.
  • Minimize wastages of materials.
  • Ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Timely completion of projects.
  • Liaise with clients on site matters, assess site conditions and provide information for necessary follow up action.
  • Ensure routine maintenance of machines are carried out.
  • Report on all matters relating to the works assigned, problems encountered and suggestions to resolve conflict and cost-savings.
  • Carry out site housekeeping regularly.
  • Be responsible for any other duties assigned by management.
