Job Description & Requirements:

We are a well-established construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
• Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules, and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects
• Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.
• Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Team and have proven experience in construction projects planning
• Strong in IT-based project management software such as MS Projects & Excel.
• Prefer with R&R / Town Council project experience
• Only Singaporean and PR. Must possess a relevant degree in Building or Engineering.
