Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
• Carry out detailed designs and provide proposals for customers.
• Assist in planning and scheduling works with reference to contractual schedules.
• Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required.
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
• Liaise with customers concerning approval of plans and drawings.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress.
• Prepare monthly project reports to the Project Engineer / Customers.
• Coordinate with customers to hand over completed projects.
• Help improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Compile and maintain project documentation.
