Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a site-based Civil Engineering professional to support supervision and project delivery in Singapore.

You will report to the Construction Manager, coordinate with internal departments and external clients, and oversee planning, documentation, and on-site execution while ensuring quality and compliance with authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Independent with good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Construction Manager.
• Assist in site supervision works.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinate project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordinate, supervise & monitor progress, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate with contractor and suppliers on project implementation issues and attend site meetings.
• Coordinate for all submissions.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and submissions.
• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality per authority requirements.
• Take on PE Assignee Supervision Role.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
