Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a capable Civil Engineer to support on-site supervision and project delivery in Singapore. You will report to the Construction Manager and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure progress.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Singapore RE registration, and strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore.
• Independent with good communication skill.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Reports Construction Manager
• Assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• To take on PE Assignee Supervision Role
