NB DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to perform site supervision and ensure quality across construction projects in Singapore. You will review plans, manage trades, coordinate with subcontractors, and prepare progress reports to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of construction experience. Independent working style and a positive attitude are essential for success on site.

Responsibilities

Perform engineer’s role on method statements, and improve cost & time efficiency.
Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Supervise site works, compliances and inspection requirements.
Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades on site.
Coordinate with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
Schedule materials and equipment purchases and deliveries.
Liaise with consultants and carry out site inspections.
Attend site meetings on work progression.
Prepare monthly progression reports.
