Job summary

NB Development is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead site supervision and ensure quality and timely progress on construction projects in Singapore. You will review plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor safety and workmanship.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil engineering, has at least 3 years of construction experience, and can work independently with a positive attitude to drive project success.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering required.
3 years working experience in Construction (stated in requirements).
Able to work independently with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation
To checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
To supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
To carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
To work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
To scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries
To liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection
Attend all site's meeting on work progression
To prepare monthly meeting progression report
