A logistics and installation company in Singapore is looking for a motivated individual to assist in machine moving and perform installations. Responsibilities include coordinating between clients and vendors for inspections, ensuring site safety, and handling documentation. Responsibilities:

• Assist in machine moving, crating and uncrating of wooden crates, loading and unloading of goods.
• Assist in troubleshooting and improving processes when required.
• Take care of site safety and follow safe work practices.
• Coordinate between client and vendor for cargo inspection/witness of uncrating and move-in.
• Assist and partner with Installation Team to carry out mechanical installation jobs.
• Handle daily supporting documents, submit to relevant personnel to upload into in-house system.
• Coordinate with relevant department / team to complete work smoothly.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification or above is an advantage.
• Knowledge of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Experience working in various loading sides and cleanrooms.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate within team members and clients.
• Good problem solver and able to work independently.
