Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is seeking a Software Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth across the EcoStruxure IT portfolio. You will oversee GTM strategy, forecast accuracy, and engagement with key stakeholders while acting as the business development lead for software offerings.

You will bring deep DCIM and data center insight, collaborate with product, marketing and presales, and shape regional growth through strategic initiatives and external branding.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Software, BMS, UPS, HVAC, Solution Selling and Consulting Skills.
• Experience in Software Services, business and offer development, and consulting team management.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs sales/GTM strategies and annual plans for ESX IT products and solutions in Singapore.
• Ensure strong funnel and accurate forecasting to APAC Regional Sales Director and stakeholders.
• Subject matter expert for Data Center Management and Software with DC ecosystems knowledge.
• Act as Business Development Lead for Singapore for Software portfolio.
• Thought Leadership on Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) in Singapore.
• Lead monthly sales cadence with senior leadership and Secure Power SG team.
• Maintain engagement with Singapore’s Secure Power/Data Center & Networks teams.
• New DC Software offer development and launch with product managers.
• Brand offers externally via networks, conferences, press.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, presales to implement strategy into initiatives.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and support countries with playbooks, training and coaching.
