Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist to drive sales performance and strategic execution in Singapore. You will optimize commercial processes, coordinate coverage strategies and enable data-driven decision making that impacts business outcomes.

You will lead governance activities, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Strategy or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decisions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive and capability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with CRM processes and data quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of commercial processes, governance and best practices.
• Support governance processes: MPR, QBR, AMR and AMSP to drive performance.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer coverage and KPIs.
• Own governance for data quality, pipeline discipline and forecast reliability.
• Deliver insights, dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.
• Lead commercial transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and growth.
