Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial or retail real estate assets in Singapore.
• Proven capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Knowledge of property regulations, ESG frameworks, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize Net Property Income (NPI).
• Strengthen revenue management and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage operating and capital expenditures to align with long-term positioning.
• Take ownership of the Profit and Loss for assigned properties.
• Lead Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEIs) for better returns.
