Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Office & Workplace Experience Manager in Singapore to oversee daily office operations at Orchard, Ngee Ann City. You will collaborate with HR, vendors, building management and external partners to create a smooth, engaging workplace.

The role focuses on facilities, events, space planning and cost-aware operations, enabling a positive employee experience and efficient office governance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in office management, facilities, workplace experience or employee engagement.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating office renovations, workplace projects, events or employee engagement activities will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Independent, proactive and resourceful with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and facilities, including reception, meeting rooms, office upkeep and workspace management.
• Manage vendors, building management and landlords, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices and service coordination.
• Coordinate office supplies, mail, couriers, filing and general office communications.
• Ensure workplace health & safety requirements and emergency procedures are maintained.
• Support office renovation and workplace improvement projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and landlords on project requirements.
• Manage seat planning and workspace arrangements.
• Monitor the office operational budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, team-building activities, celebrations and wellness programmes.
• Partner with HR on employee engagement, workplace experience, DEI and wellness initiatives.
• Support internal communications and employee feedback initiatives.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding, including access cards, workstations and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, building management and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate service requirements and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Manage vendor performance and support contract and service negotiations.
