Qualifications

• 3-8 years of relevant commercial or contracts management experience in a shipyard, marine, offshore, or EPC environment.
• Familiarity with shipbuilding / ship repair contracts and subcontract management.
• Good understanding of contract terms, variations, claims, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Support tender and bid preparation including commercial reviews.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle focusing on dispute management.
• Identify and manage contractual claims related to variations and delays.
