Job Description

If you are interested in working on board our vessels as a Master, Deck Officer or Engineer, but you can't find the right job opening, we invite you to send us an open application.

Smit Lamnalco is always on the lookout for experienced crewmembers who are interested in becoming part of our team.

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced Masters, Chief Officers and 2nd Officer with port, terminal or offshore experience on board Tugs, AHTS and MPV vessels with ASD and/or twin screw propulsion systems. We operate a fleet of both non-DP and DP vessels.
• Experienced Chief Engineers, 2nd engineers and ETOs with offshore experience operating complex vessels with 4 stroke engines, ASD and/or twin screw propulsion systems, with our without DP.
• English is the working language on board all our vessels and a proficient level of English is required.
• Candidates are required to hold 2 years previous rank experience on board similar vessels and operations. Valid STCW certificates, medical and other certificates required to hold the rank position on board.
