Working Time: 8am-5.30pm / 9am-6.30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute daily Warehouse operations in receiving, locating, issuing, packing and shipping.
• Ensure all incoming goods are processed in a timely and accurately manner.
• Maintain inventory of goods via database entry & transactions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing team to resolve Receiving discrepancies.
• Liaise with Purchasing team & Freight Forwarders on timely delivery and receiving of goods.
• Liaise with Planning team on Shipments.
• Adhere to Safety and Quality policies.
• Maintain 5S Housekeeping in warehouse daily.
• Perform cycle count and maintain inventory accuracy in Warehouse.

Qualification:

• 1 - 3 years' experience in warehousing operation, packing, pick & pack, receiving or shipping
• Able to multi-task and stay focused when faced with fast-paced situation.
• Can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
• Experience in Oracle transaction is advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving.
