Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage trade documentation functions. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with third-party documentation vendors (freight forwarders, documentation providers, insurers) to ensure timely and accurate trade documentation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and elevate issues as needed.
  • Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost‑saving measures.
  • Liaise between internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) and vendors for seamless communication.
  • Serve as the business owner of Trade Systems—overseeing functionality, performance, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams to define system requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain system governance, user access, data integrity, and SOPs.
Requirements
