Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for its team. Location: Boon Lay Way, two bus stops from Jurong East MRT. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Salary is commensurate with experience and will be discussed during shortlisting. This permanent role coordinates shipments and liaises with freight forwarders and internal departments. You will prepare shipping documents, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipment coordination or logistics operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Incoterms is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2,500–S$3,500 per month

• Benefits: 15 days’ annual leave + AWS and discretionary performance bonus
