Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an organized logistics professional to manage end-to-end Air & Sea import and export operations, handle shipping documents, and coordinate carrier bookings and cargo tracking.

The role requires attention to detail in invoicing, compliance with Singapore Customs, and proactive liaison with clients, shipping lines, hauliers, and brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or related discipline.
• 1-2 years minimum experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations or customer service involving air and sea imports/exports.
• Knowledge of freight operations, shipment coordination, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL, bookings, tracking, delivery coordination).
• Prepare, review, issue shipping documents (NOA, DO, HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, permits).
• Coordinate and oversee customs clearance processes in Singapore.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, brokers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare quotations, verify vendor rates, process billing accurately.
• Resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and company procedures.

• Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Coordinate and oversee import and export customs clearance processes in Singapore.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare customer quotations, verify vendor rates, and process billing accurately.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company operating procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customer service involving Air and Sea import/export shipments.
• Knowledge of freight operations, shipment coordination, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
