Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations from the CBD Downtown area in Singapore.

You will handle carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring timely and compliant shipments. The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or shipping operations, with a diploma or degree in logistics, SCM, business, or related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, SCM, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customer service involving Air and Sea import/export shipments.
• Knowledge of freight operations, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import and export operations (FCL/LCL, carrier bookings, tracking, delivery coordination).
• Prepare and issue shipping documents (NOA, DO, HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, trade permits).
• Coordinate import/export customs clearance processes in Singapore.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, brokers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipments.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare quotations, verify vendor rates and process billing.
• Resolve delays, documentation discrepancies and customs issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import and export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Coordinate and oversee import and export customs clearance processes in Singapore.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare customer quotations, verify vendor rates, and process billing accurately.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company operating procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customer service involving Air and Sea import/export shipments.
• Knowledge of freight operations, shipment coordination, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
