EduCare Specialist Services is recruiting a Shipping Assistant for a Logistics 3PL MNC in Singapore. The role involves coordinating end-to-end shipping and logistics operations, handling import/export documents, and ensuring timely delivery.

Split between desk work and warehouse tasks, it requires collaboration with customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics/warehouse industry or related education background preferred.
• Computer literate and able to use basic warehouse systems.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform overtime when required.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and lift heavy objects (10–15kg).

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping functions and update shipping database.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling and document preparation with related parties.
• Handle import/export shipments and documents (DO, B/L, invoices, packing lists).
• Liaise with customers and 3PL for shipment planning and execution.
• Coordinate with carriers/forwarders for outbound shipments.
• Arrange shipments with courier services (FedEx, DHL, TNT).
• Prepare SAP-generated invoices, crating lists, packing lists, LC.

Job description

Our client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their team due to growing business

• Multiple Locations around Singapore (Jurong East, Pioneer, Gul, Serangoon, Woodlands, Changi, Buangkok)
• Monday to Friday Office Hour Job
• This is a permanent role directly with our client
• Salary is $2000-2500 with Performance Bonus and AWS.

We are looking for a Shipping Assistant for coordinating and managing end-to-end shipping and logistics operations to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods.

The role ensures handling import and export documentation, shipment scheduling, and coordination with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, courier services, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Do not that this role is 50% Desk-bound and 50% Warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping functions, including shipping database update and necessary operations support
• Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment scheduling and document preparation
• Handle import and export shipments/documents (e.g. delivery order/billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and etc.) to ensure smooth shipment and timely delivery
• Liaise with customers and 3PL crater for shipment planning and job executions
• Liaising and coordinate with carriers / forwarders with regards to outboard shipments
• Shipment arrangement with courier service (e.g. FedEx , DHL, TNT etc)
• Manual Commercial Invoice processing (ZNCI /K2 SR). Preparation of SAP generated invoice , Crating List , packing list , LC (Letter of Credit)
