Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Service & Order Specialist to manage end-to-end orders, invoicing and order-status updates, with transport provided from select areas to Tuas.

The position is a 1 year maternity cover contract in Tuas, offering up to $4,500 monthly and a completion bonus, with exposure to import/export documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of customer service experience, preferably within the lubricants, chemicals or FMCG industries.
• Experience in order management and import/export processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders from receipt and processing through delivery, invoicing and order-status updates.
• Serve as the key customer contact, handling enquiries, complaints and service issues while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Manage import/export and shipping documentation, monitor customer service KPIs, and support process improvements and SOP development.

Skills/Experience Required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.




• 4–7 years of customer service experience, preferably within the lubricants, chemicals or FMCG industries.




• Experience in order management, import/export processes and documentation such as letters of credit, shipping and customs documents.




• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office.




• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
