Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organized logistics coordinator to manage daily import operations for FCL, LCL and air shipments. You will prepare shipping documents, bookings, BLs, DOs and permits, and assist customers with inquiries.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a diploma in logistics. The company offers AWS, variable bonus, and excellent welfare, with standard hours 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, and a Jurong East location.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in handling import operations and freight documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Import operation and prepare shipping documents for FCL and LCL and Air shipment.
• Prepare Booking Confirmation, Bill of Ladings, Delivery Orders, and permits.
• Issue invoices and assist customers with enquiries.
• Ensure compliance on import and export matters (DG declaration, permits, trucking arrangement, etc.).
• Coordinate closely with customers and follow up on bookings.
