Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics customer service professional in Singapore to attend enquiries, process orders, and prepare shipping documents for airfreight shipments. You will coordinate delivery schedules with operations and assist with billing and bookings.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of airfreight experience and a GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics Management. The role offers AWS, variable bonus and excellent welfare in a well-established freight forwarding company.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service or airfreight experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from customers.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipping and air documents for shipments.
• Coordinate with operation team on delivery schedules.
• Prepare billing to customers and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Arrange booking and customs clearance.
• Declare permits as required for shipments.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
