Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Import Operations professional in Singapore to manage daily import activities and prepare shipping documents for FCL, LCL and air shipments.

You will also handle bookings, invoicing, and customer enquiries to ensure smooth operations. The role is based in Jurong East at a well-established freight forwarding company, requiring 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent; AWS with a variable bonus and excellent welfare

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Import operation & prepare shipping documents for FCL and LCL and Air shipment.
• Prepare Booking Confirmation, Bill of Ladings, Delivery Order, permits.
• Issue invoices and help customers with enquiries.
• Ensure compliance on import and export matters (DG declaration, permits, trucking arrangement etc.).
• Work closely with customers and follow up bookings.

Education

GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
