Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to streamline shipment operations and keep clients informed. You will handle documentation, customs declarations, and data entry in the in-house system, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with 3–5 years of relevant experience; Sysfreight knowledge is a plus. The position is located at Loyang Way with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.).
• Handling and processing of all shipping documentation.
• Customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.

Salary: $3500 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus +Performance Bonus

Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
