Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate shipment operations and manage documentation. The role is based at Loyang Way, with working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,500 per month plus AWS and variable/ performance bonuses. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with Sysfreight knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date).
• Handling and processing of all shipping documentation.
• Customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
