Job summary

Well Established Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Loyang. You will manage shipment operations, coordinate with overseas offices and local contractors, and ensure timely updates to customers and stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Sysfreight knowledge is a plus, with AWS and bonus incentives rewarding performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a freight forwarder.
• Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and parties informed on shipment progress.
• Handle and process shipping documentation.
• Make customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details and invoices into the OPS system.
• Report to Operations Manager.

Salary: $3500 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus +Performance Bonus

Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Loyang Way

Job Scope:

• Co-ordinate all shipment operations withoverseas offices and local contractors.
• To keep customers and all parties promptlyinformed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
• Handling and processing of all shippingdocumentation.
• Customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc.into the in-house operations system.
• Other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage
