Job summary

Merlion Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to handle customer orders, book vessels, and coordinate shipments with customers, truckers, and agents. You will prepare bills of lading and documentation, liaise with port agents, and respond to customer inquiries in a busy logistics environment.

This entry-level role requires basic computer skills including email writing and Excel. Training will be provided to develop clerical and data-entry capabilities within our Singapore

Qualifications

• Minimum O' level certificate or equivalent.
• Meticulous, has initiative and willing to learn.
• Basic Computer skills including Email writing and Microsoft Excel.
