Job summary

MAJOR CONSOLIDATION (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to handle permit declarations, update manifests, and prepare shipping documents for daily operations.

You will liaise with external parties and overseas agents to monitor status and ensure smooth shipments, with Monday–Friday hours and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping or logistics industry.
• Familiar with import and export documents, Tradenet
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

• Prepare shipping documents (delivery orders, authorisation letters etc.)
• Call external parties to request documents, enquire/monitor status
