• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, to support smooth customs clearance
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on import and export shipment preparation, including cargo pick-up and shipping marks
• Liaise with freight forwarders on cargo space and shipment arrangements
• Resolve issues or discrepancies that may occur during the shipping process
• Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchange requests
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Advise the sales department on freight costs
• Monitor shipping costs and look for cost‑saving measures while maintaining service quality
