Job summary

MILKYWAY INTERNATIONAL CHEMICAL SUPPLY CHAIN PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to plan and coordinate shipment movements, ensuring accurate documentation and timely invoicing. You will update customers, agents and internal systems, and arrange carrier bookings as needed.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related fields, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment located in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate movement of shipments per customer/office for export/import movement, including booking confirmations.
• Provide timely, reliable updates on status of orders to customers, agents and the internal system.
• Ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly and sent on time to customers and updated in the internal system.
• Offer sailing schedules and arrange bookings with carrier when required.
• Prepare invoices timely to customers/agents.
• Coordinate with depot and surveyor to ensure ISO tanks are ready for survey/collection.
• Any other work assigned.

• To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to both customer/agents & the internal system.
