Job summary

flintex consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a logistics professional to manage outbound shipments, coordinate with vendors, and arrange bookings. The role requires attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in logistics, a Diploma in Logistics or O levels, and hands-on experience with inventory and inbound processes. Training for licenses will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Independent and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Handle online booking of shipments.
• Able to multi-task and take on additional tasks when required.
• Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics.

• Arrange Shipping via email or online booking
• Perform daily resource planning, permit declarations, prepare reports to management and customer.
• Assist in Inbound & inventory functions, coordination and fulfill requests from customers.
• Handle projects such as Kaizen, Lean, Improvement and other adhoc projects

Requirement

Skills

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
• Hands-on Knowledge in handling MHE such as reach truck, order picker
• Good Knowledge in TradeNet Permit declarations, SAP Systems and B2B IT Infrastructure is a plus
• Forklift License, Work at Height License will be required for the role. Company will provide for training for those who does not possess the licences.

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
