TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated Crew Coordinator to manage vessel crew changes, joinings and sign-offs, and to liaise with vessels, port agents and manning agencies.

You will coordinate travel, ensure certificates and visas comply with maritime regulations, maintain records in ship management systems and support administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• GCE O/A Levels; qualifications in Maritime Studies are advantageous.
• 1 year of working experience; ship crewing or marine personnel operations experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating crew changes and dealing with shipping/port agents would be advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
