Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics/shipping operations coordinator to manage ship position updates and optimize voyage efficiency.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities and liaising with external parties to ensure smooth commercial operations. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in logistics/shipping operations, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and be prepared to work shifts including weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience coordinating operations in a logistics/shipping environment.

• Experience with ship operations is a plus.

• Willing to handle department shift phone and weekend work as necessary.

• Update clients on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes
