Job summary

The successful candidate will work independently, handle multiple tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance with Flag State and visa requirements, while maintaining accurate crewing records. Immediate start is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ship management, crewing, manning agency or maritime administration.
• Familiarity with crew documentation, payroll, Flag State requirements and visa/work permit applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing crew joining and sign-off arrangements.
• Preparing and maintaining crew documentation and records.
• Monthly preparation and coordination of crew payroll.
• Handling Flag State COE applications and related documentation.
• Processing and monitoring visa / work permit / immigration matters.
• Coordinating crew travel, flights and transportation arrangements.
• Liaising with manning agents, vessels, crew members and relevant authorities.
• Ensuring crew certificates, passports, medical documents and other required documents are valid and properly maintained.
• Assisting with crew deployment and crew movement arrangements.
• Maintaining proper filing and updating of crewing records.
• Performing other crewing and administrative duties as assigned.

JOB VACANCY - CREWING EXECUTIVE Maxwell Ship Management Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Crewing Executive to join our team.

Position: Crewing Executive

Salary: SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,200 per month

Location: Singapore

Employment: Full-time
