Job summary

Tiong Woon Marine Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Crewing Executive to manage crew changes, certifications, visa arrangements and related admin for tug boats and AHTS. You will coordinate with third-party manning agencies and ensure compliance with flag requirements in Singapore.

The role requires at least 2 years' crewing/boarding officer experience, Bahasa Indonesia communication advantage, and proficiency in MS Office. Immediate start is preferred for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as crewing executive and boarding officer for tug boats/AHTS.
• Bahasa Indonesia language ability is an advantage for communicating with Indonesian crews.
• Meticulous, proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Available to commence work immediately or on short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin duties to monitor vessel certificates expiry and validity.
• Update the survey status table for tug and barge.
• Process inward/outward port clearances via Marinet for tug/barge.
• Coordinate ICA clearance for vessels per port requirements.
• Crew changes including sign-ons/offs or transfers.
• Prepare documents and invitation letters for crew visa applications.
• Liaise with third-party manning agencies for crew deployment.
• Maintain crew management system data and vessel flag updates.
• Handle crew payroll-related tasks and allowances.
