Job summary

Kyndryl in Singapore seeks an accomplished Solution Architect for ServiceNow to lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will combine deep ServiceNow expertise with enterprise architecture, Agile leadership, and strong collaboration with business and technology teams to drive digital transformation.

You will focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), AI capabilities, platform performance, and integration while ensuring alignment with the broader technology

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of solution architecture experience with at least 3 years on ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead experience in enterprise tech.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with AI in work processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, esp. CSM.
• Evaluate opportunities via feasibility studies and architectural reviews.
• Design and oversee ServiceNow performance monitoring and analytics.
• Serve as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead for ServiceNow teams.
• Guide adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities and cross‑platform integrations.
• Oversee migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP).
• Provide enterprise architecture alignment with tech strategy and standards.
• Balance access controls, security needs, and licensing constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize architecture and delivery.
