Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Solution Architect to lead ServiceNow implementations for medium and large organizations. You will own end-to-end design, drive technical reviews, and collaborate with client teams across sales and delivery.

The role requires strong ServiceNow expertise (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), CIS certification, and excellent English communication. Willingness to travel within ASEAN is expected, and Singapore citizenship is required.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in IT or Customer support organizations.
3 years’ experience as technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM).
ServiceNow certifications with at least 1 CIS certification.
Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
1+ years’ experience aligning business processes to ITIL best practices.
Fluency in English (must-have).
Availability to travel within ASEAN.
Must be Singapore Citizen.

Responsibilities

Lead solution implementation projects.
Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation.
Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance.
Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers.
Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content.
Audit existing client’s implementation and recommend enhancement.
