Job summary

Cognizant Singapore seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep CSDM and CMDB expertise to design scalable, data-led platform solutions. You will shape architecture across CMDB, CSDM, integrations, data and AI, governing delivery from discovery to go-live.

Strong capability in platform subscriptions, entitlements, and governance is required, with experience leading executive workshops and mentoring teams. You will drive value through architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture responsibility
• Demonstrable CSDM and CMDB architecture in complex enterprise environments
• Minimum three end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with architecture responsibility

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare, acting as the senior design authority for engagements
• Define CSDM-aligned service/models including ownership, lifecycle states and relationships
• Assess CMDB and CSDM maturity; establish practical roadmaps for data quality, governance and adoption
• Translate business outcomes into platform capabilities while avoiding unnecessary customisation
• Guide subscriptions, entitlements and licensing implications for platform
• Collaborate with sales and delivery to align capabilities with subscription footprint
• Design AI-enabled solutions with Generative AI, intelligent search and automation
• Evaluate AI use cases for value, data readiness, security and oversight
• Define platform governance, integration patterns, and development standards
• Lead workshops and design sessions for stakeholders
• Produce architecture artefacts and governance models
• Mentor architects and developers, support pre-sales and asset reuse
