Job summary

Cognizant Singapore seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep CSDM, CMDB and platform architecture expertise. Shape scalable, data-led platform solutions and govern delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integrations, data, security, automation and AI is required.

You will lead end-to-end architecture across engagements, define models and roadmaps, and mentor teams while aligning capabilities with subscription footprints and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with architecture responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM/CMDB modelling and governance.
• Experience designing cross-module platform solutions with integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication from engineering to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Define CSDM-aligned service and application models and governance artefacts.
• Assess CMDB/CSDM maturity and plot practical data-quality roadmaps.
• Translate business outcomes into platform capabilities and licensing implications.
• Lead workshops, communicate trade-offs to stakeholders, and drive architecture decisions.
• Mentor architects and developers, support pre-sales and reusable assets.
