Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to design and validate how ServiceNow solutions meet business and industry requirements. You will translate enterprise directions into workable designs for priority use cases, leading technical discovery, workshops, and value validation.

You will own designs for key solutions like SecOps, TechOps, and AI Control Tower, ensuring alignment with ERP, cloud, and data platforms while engaging with regional Asia teams to drive architecture governance.

Qualifications

7+ years in solution architecture, technical solution consulting, or delivery with hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Experience designing solutions for one or more priority industries (FSI, Telco, Public Sector).
Background in pre-sales or technical roles including pursuit support and validation.
Deep product expertise across ServiceNow portfolio including workflow automation, AI, and platform capabilities.
Ability to run discovery sessions, workshops, and translate requirements to designs.
Strong demo and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
Experience in Asia markets with regional and local stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own solution design for ServiceNow solutions like SecOps, TechOps, AI Control Tower, HRSD or S2P.
Lead technical discovery, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements and produce architecture docs.
Validate feasibility, scalability, security, and data design with customer teams.
Align platform strategy with the customer’s ERP, cloud, data platforms and third-party AI.
