Job summary

DXC Technology in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across Singapore and the ASEAN region. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding solution strategy and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, Now Assist), plus hands-on leadership in pre‑sales, architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or Engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or implementation roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Assist.
• CSA certification and at least one CIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise clients.
• Define scalable, secure platform architectures aligned with business needs.
• Own the technical and functional solution design throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance activities.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and support pre-sales activities.
