Job summary

SimplifyNext in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AppEngine, ITSM, ITOM and more. You will shape blueprints, standards, and integration models for large-scale enterprise and government projects, and mentor delivery teams.

Agile methods and CIS/CTA certifications are preferred. You will drive AI-enabled automation, deliver innovative solutions beyond vanilla ITSM, and work across Singapore and ASEAN to raise the

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level expertise.
• Hands-on across multiple modules.
• Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server).
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• ServiceNow CTA or CIS certifications.
• Agile delivery experience.
