We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our internal IT team. You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, driving enhancements and optimization across our ServiceNow platform to improve IT and business service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Translate needs into clear user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with IT teams to configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and post‑deployment reviews.
  • Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.); CSM experience a plus.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
