Our client is seeking a Service Technician (Vending Machine // PLC Knowledge) to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a food technology company, known for its revolutionary smart kitchen network that merges advanced technology with efficient supply chain management.

What you'll be doing?

Install and maintain: Ensure company's vending machines are properly installed and maintained, connecting electrical, mechanical, and network components correctly.

Conduct tests and repairs: Perform tests on machines post-installation and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and solve: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues to minimize service disruptions.

Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and electrical system inspections.

Technical support: Provide on-site technical support, respond to service requests promptly, and assist the customer service team with remote problem resolution.

Who are they looking for?

Experience and skills: 1-3 years' relevant experience in automation systems and hands-on technical experience, with basic knowledge of PLC and electrical systems.

Problem-solving and initiative: A willingness to learn, self-motivated, and resourceful in seeking out methods to solve problems and achieve targets.

Shift work: Ability to work in rotated shifts, including night shifts, also to perform over time.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm (OT is expected, as well as weekend standby by rotational)
